Our Isanti Studio space is available for rent on an hourly or daily basis.
The space will have tables & chairs to accommodate up to 30 people. There’s a restroom and kitchen area available. Depending on your need for the space, we can accommodate things like chairs & tables as needed.
All ages are allowed in the space and well behaved dogs are welcome!
Hourly rental pricing is $40 / hour with a 2 hour minimum. Full day (8 hour) rate is $275.
A minimum, non-refundable $50 deposit is due at the time of booking for all rentals. The $50 deposit will be returned after booking is paid in full.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance on all rentals. Deposits are non-refundable.
