Creative Studio 23 strives to offer art opportunities to Rural Minnesota Communities and Families.

Ashley Messer started her own business in 2019 with the intention of offering art education to her own communities.
​CS23 partners with local businesses and Community Education programs.

Art classes are currently available near Anoka, Elk River, Cambridge, Isanti, North Branch, Minnesota.

About Ashley Messer

Hey there! Thanks for taking the time to get to know me; I'd also love to get to know you a little more too!

I've always been passionate about the arts, but my professional back ground began with Graphic Design. I also spent over 15 years competitively barrel racing, training horses and giving horseback riding lessons.

But Graphic Design and I just didn't connect. I began to want to settle down and grow my family. I was happiest helping others and creating with my hands!

After years of working in areas of teaching part time, I finally decided to take the leap and work for myself. Create art and help others at the same time.

Horses are still in the picture (we own 11) and I still love teaching! In 2024 I officially filled for my LLC, and started an Equine Education and Riding Lesson program, Misty's Mission Stables.

I have also completed my Masters of Art Education from Augsburg University as of December 2025!
